About Michelle

I recently relocated to Ellensburg with Michelle's incredible assistance. My process of finding, purchasing, and closing on my new home was such an unexpected breeze, especially because I was moving long distance. Michelle was patient, informative, and clear. She is accountable, and she is friendly and kind. A neighbor helping a new neighbor was my experience! I highly, absolutely recommend giving Michelle a call; she's the best!

Michelle helped shopping for a home in Ellensburg in a hot market in May-June 2025. After being outbid on two existing homes, I heard about a new-build development where I found a home perfect for me. But not completed yet. Michelle helped me through the entire process from the first viewing of the home under construction until the purchase was complete. Although my home wasn’t custom, I was able to make some changes, and Michelle stayed on top of when she needed my decisions to pass on to the builder’s agent. She recommended a Home Inspector who I used to do the final walkthrough for me. Michelle was with him, and then she communicated to the build...

Michelle Santa went above and beyond to make a difficult home sale a success. Michelle recently helped my daughter sell her home in Cle Elum, and the situation was far from simple. There were complicated issues left behind by a previous owner that could have easily derailed the process, but Michelle handled everything with incredible professionalism, patience, and care. She guided my daughter through each challenge step-by-step, kept communication clear and honest, and worked tirelessly to protect her interests. Michelle’s knowledge of the local market, her calm under pressure, and her genuine concern for her clients made all the difference. We are ...

Michelle made our first buying experience in Cle Elum a pleasure. She has extensive knowledge of Cle Elum and the surrounding areas, was very responsive, and always looked out for our best interests. We highly recommend Michelle and will always trust her with our real estate needs.

We worked with Michelle on the sale of multiple vacant lots. She is thorough and competent in her research, marketing, and negotiating skills. She is a great listener, problem solver, and easy to communicate with. Thank you, Michelle, for being such a great collaborator on our project!

Michelle was great to work with throughout the process. She was knowledgeable about the area and was very diligent when it came to finding the right house to fit our needs.

Michelle is an outstanding realtor who exceeded all expectations. Professional, responsive, a skilled negotiator, and a very nice person who made it easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Michelle was a delight to work with! We reconnected as I was looking for a vacation home in the area, and she was a gem! I was unfamiliar with many aspects and logistics of the area; when I asked, she gave me honest and realistic input. She was never pushy. She never told me just what she thought I would want to hear. Her knowledge of the market is extensive and in-depth. She was quick to respond to my questions and readily available to show me a home. I trusted her throughout the process and would 100% recommend her.

Michelle helped my wife and me purchase a piece of property during the summer of 2022. It took us a year to find our property. Michelle was as helpful, detailed, and attentive on the last day as she was on the first day. She is very knowledgeable about the Cle Elum area, which helped keep our property search on track. She was so positive with us during times we felt discouraged that we would not find anything in a very competitive market. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to sell or purchase property in the Cle Elum area.

Michelle was diligent and relentless in the search for my property needs. She helped us write two offers in a very hot market. Without her diligence, we would not have purchased this property. I would strongly recommend her and her work ethic.
